Crowds came out to enjoy the food, music, carnival and more over the three days of Montgomery Fest, Friday through Sunday, Aug. 15-17, 2025.

Jim Pilmer will serve as grand marshal of the Montgomery Fest Parade on Sunday, Aug. 17. He is a longtime public servant and former executive director of the Fox Valley Park District.

The Sons of Norway Polar Star Lodge 5-427 is again hosting their annual “Taste of Norway” Høstfest. The fall festival will take place beginning at noon on Sunday, Nov. 3, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church, Montgomery.

Oswego’s goal is for the village to start receiving Lake Michigan water in the spring/summer of 2028.
