DIXON – KSB Hospital will be having a drive-thru farewell for a doctor and nurse retiring after more than 35 years in the community.

Longtime family medicine Dr. Joseph Welty and nurse Teresa Shroyer will begin their retirements with a drive-thru farewell planned for noon Thursday at Town Square Centre, 102 S. Hennepin Ave., in the roundabout.
