Donors from the Sterling High School Class of 1970 have created two scholarships in honor of their 55th class reunion.

These scholarships will help to honor the legacy of the Class of 1970 and provide an enduring benefit to the graduates of SHS, according to a news release.

One scholarship will recognize a student planning to attend a trade school or certificate program, and one scholarship will recognize a student planning to attend a two-year or four-year college/university.
