Rochelle Lions Club donates to Kings Elementary

The Rochelle Lions Club recently donated new office furniture and a commemorative plaque to Kings Elementary School in memory of Lion Jim Milligan.

Lion Jim, a Kings school alumnus, was a devoted Lions member for 49 years. His calm demeanor and leadership will be greatly missed.
