Christmas festival in Wonder Lake to take place Dec. 4

Pictures with Santa and a tree lighting are among the events being offered

The Wonder Lake Community Club will host “Christmas at the Lake” on Dec. 4, a daylong event throughout the community for people of all ages.

The events kick off at 1 p.m., with several happening on Hancock Drive. People will be able to take a Christmas walk, take pictures with Santa and visit a hot chocolate bar and food trucks.

At 4 p.m., caroling and a tree lighting will take place at the Triangle.

The entrance fee to the events is a donation to the Wonder Lake Food Pantry.

Throughout the day, people will be able to donate unwrapped gifts for children age 18 and younger. Nativity Lutheran Church and the Wonder Lake Food Pantry will be giving the gifts to those in need.
