McHenry County grand jury indictments

A McHenry County grand jury indicted the following people on these charges:

⋅ James D. Limbamba, 38, of the 300 block of Callan Avenue, Evanston; abuse or neglect of an elderly person.

⋅ Jason A. Lobue, 40, of the 1200 block of Walden Oaks Drive, Woodstock; mob action and theft.

⋅ Victor L. Mena, 33, of the 1200 block of Walden Oaks Drive, Woodstock; aggravated battery and mob action.

⋅ Roger M. Lawlor, 61, of the 1100 block of Starwood Pass, Lake in the Hills; criminal sexual assault by use of force, domestic battery and unlawful restraint.

⋅ Shaun J. Mitchell, 35, of the 3800 block of West Taylor Street, Chicago; aggravated assault of a peace officer, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to government property, domestic battery and resisting a peace officer.

⋅ Marcos A. Avitia, 28, of the zero to 100 block of Austin Avenue, Carpentersville; aggravated driving under the influence and obstructing justice.

⋅ Nicholas A. Lopez, 25, of the 100 block of Meadow Avenue, Woodstock; possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of a controlled substance.

⋅ Miguel A. Gonzalez-Grana, 29, of the 600 block of Creekside Lane, Round Lake Park; possession of a controlled substance.

⋅ Jack O. Stimac, 23, of the 500 block of North West Road, Lombard; possession of a controlled substance.

⋅ Felicea J. Maclean, 31, of the 100 block of Juliann Drive, Wood Dale; possession of a controlled substance.

⋅ Stefan Mihalache, 18, of the 2400 block of Randall Lane, Arlington Heights; retail theft.

⋅ Thomas W. Gallo, 34, of the 4000 block of West Kane Avenue, McHenry; aggravated battery to a peace officer.

⋅ Robert L. Chissus, 51, of the 8800 block of West Hickory Lane, Wonder Lake; aggravated assault, aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer.
