Mobile COVID-19 testing scheduled for Hampshire Saturday canceled

Cancellation due to weather forecast, Kane County Health Department says

A COVID-19 mobile testing site, planned for Saturday at Hampshire High School, has been canceled, the Kane County Health Department said in a news release Tuesday.

Free drive-thru, community-based COVID-19 testing remains available in Aurora at 2450 N. Farnsworth Ave., across from the Chicago Premium Outlets.

The drive-thru and walk-up testing site is open 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. seven days a week. Testing is free and available to all regardless of age, COVID-19 symptoms, or insurance status.

A parent or guardian must be present and able to provide consent for those younger than 18.
