IHSA sectional assignments for McHenry County girls track and field teams

State finals to be held from May 21-23 at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston

Here are the 2026 IHSA sectional assignments for McHenry County girls track and field teams. The state finals will be held from May 21-23 at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.

Class 3A

Belvidere North Sectional

When: Wednesday, May 13

Field Events: 4:30 p.m.

Running Events: 5:30 p.m.

Schools: Burlington Central, Cary-Grove, Crystal Lake Central, Dundee-Crown, Hampshire, Huntley, Jacobs, McHenry

Class 2A

Genoa-Kingston Sectional

When: Friday, May 15

Field Events: 4:30 p.m.

Running Events: 6 p.m.

Schools: Crystal Lake South

Johnsburg Sectional

When: Wednesday, May 13

Field Events: 1 p.m.

Running Events: 3 p.m.

Schools: Harvard, Johnsburg, Marengo, Marian Central, Prairie Ridge, Richmond-Burton, Woodstock, Woodstock North

Class 1A

Winnebago Sectional

When: Wednesday, May 13

Field Events: 4 p.m.

Running Events: 5:45 p.m.

Schools: Alden-Hebron, Trinity Oaks Christian
