When 30 or more cars are backed up at one traffic light, some department somewhere has dropped the ball. This error of a situation occurs daily during rush hour on the northbound side of Chapel Hill Road at Route 120. I’m not sure who controls the intersection: the municipality, the township, the city or the state, but someone somewhere must take responsibility and settle this mess.
