Thomas L. Bland, 28, of Peru, was charged with domestic battery and interfering with a report of domestic violence at 6:24 a.m. Thursday in his residence, Peru police said.

Brendan R. Woitynek, 20, of Peru, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear at 7:33 a.m. Tuesday in his residence, Peru police said.

Coral E. Mumaugh, 19, of Marseilles, was charged with unlawful possession and consumption of alcohol by a minor at 2:45 a.m. Sunday at Fourth and West streets, Peru police said.

Amy L. Helton, 41, of La Salle, was charged with retail theft at 9:40 p.m. Dec. 4 at Walmart, Peru police said.

Brianna R. Armstrong, 36, of Ottawa, was charged with criminal trespass to real property and resting at peace officer at 11:50 a.m. Dec. 3 in the 2400 block of Marquette Road and then was charged with driving while suspended and no insurance at 3:31 p.m. Dec. 3 at Shooting Park Road and Prospect Street, Peru police said.

Robert Davis, 40, of Peru, was charged with driving while revoked at 2:39 a.m. Dec. 3 at Shooting Park Road and Pulaski Street, Peru police said.

Nicholas D. Stephens, 34, of Peru, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (traffic) at 11:52 a.m. Dec. 3 at the Peru Police Department, Peru police said.

Jon C. Coniglio, 49, of Decatur, was charged with criminal trespass to property at 10:15 p.m. Dec. 1 at Walmart, Peru police said.

Agustin Ruiz, 27, of Ohio, Illinois, was charged with criminal damage to property at 12:59 p.m. Dec. 1 at 2909 Fourth Street, Peru police said.
