Season highlights: Cortez was a facilitator for the MHS offense as he was second on the team with six assists. He also scored four goals. He was Second-Team All-Big Northern Conference.
Yahir Diaz, Mendota

Season highlights: The NewsTribune Boys Soccer Player of the Year tied for the area lead in goals (20) and led the area in assists (11). He was named all-sectional and All-Big Northern Conference First Team.
Jeremy Gomez, Earlville

Position: Midfielder
Season highlights: Gomez controlled the middle of the field for Earlville and helped get the offense started. He had five goals and six assists. He was voted All-Little Ten Conference.
Lyan Gonzalez, La Salle-Peru

Season highlights: Gonzalez was a solid scoring option for the Cavaliers with six goals and a two assists.
Oscar Gonzalez, La Salle-Peru

Season highlights: Gonzalez was the Cavaliers’ top scoring threat with 10 goals and three assists. He helped L-P finish with 8-7-2.
Bryar Keller, Earlville

Season highlights: Keller played what coach Larry Heiden called “the most taxing position in our formation” and he excelled with seven goals and an assist. He was named All-Little Ten Conference.
Devyn Kennedy, Earlville

Position: Forward/Midfielder
Season highlights: Kennedy was an offensive juggernaut for the Red Raiders with 20 goals – which tied for the area lead – and nine assists. The three-time All-Little Ten Conference pick led Earlille to its fourth straight LTC Tournament title.
Rafa Romero, Mendota

Season highlights: Romero was a strong defender for a Trojans team that recorded six shutouts. He was voted First-Team All-Big Northern Conference.
Manny Treo, Mendota

Position: Midfielder
Season highlights: Treo was hard to score on as he made 67 saves, allowed 10 goals in 10 games and recorded six shutouts. He was honorable mention All-Big Northern Conference.
Diego Vazquez, Earlville
Year: Sophomore
Position: Forward/Midfielder
Season highlights: Vazquez was a strong offensive weapon with 15 goals and eight assists, which were both second on the team. He was voted All-Little Ten Conference.
