Juden Koncor, 19, of Streator, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following a single-vehicle crash with no injuries at 5:59 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Route 23 and North 2350th Road in Farm Ridge Township, La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said.

Bradley R. Phillips, 22, of Compton, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (flight to avoid) at 10:17 p.m. Sept. 24 at 13th Avenue and Monroe Street, Mendota police said.

Megan N. Vickrey, 25, of Mendota, was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended) at 9:26 a.m. Sept. 25, Mendota police said.

Chelsie N. Boyer, 31, of Oregon, Ill., was picked up on a Rockford warrant for failure to appear (possession of a controlled substance) at 11:58 a.m. Sept. 25, Mendota police said.

Abigail K. Arredondo, 25, of Mendota, was picked up on a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended) at 8:22 p.m. Sept. 27, Mendota police said.

Sergio Brisbon, 35, of Mendota, was picked up on a State of Indiana warrant for possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon at 6:55 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of First Avenue, Mendota police said.

John A. Taliani, 27, of La Salle, was picked up on La Salle County warrants for theft and contempt of court and charged with driving while suspended and no insurance at 3 p.m. Wednesday during a traffic stop at Indiana Avenue and Jefferson Street, Mendota police said.
