An Oswego woman died following a crash Sunday afternoon in rural Sandwich.

Kristin Schwartz, 32, was pronounced dead at 12:15 p.m. Sunday at Northwestern Medicine Valley West Hospital in Sandwich. Schwartz was the driver of a car traveling east on Rogers Road and was struck by a truck traveling north on Millington Road, the DeKalb County Coroner’s Office said.

The DeKalb County Coroner’s Office and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the crash.
