The 1000-1300 blocks of West Madison Street in Ottawa between Poplar and Armstrong streets will be closed to all traffic beginning 9 a.m. Monday, Sept. 20.

Contractors will be pouring concrete trenches in those blocks where water main work was completed recently. The closure of the four blocks is expected to remain in effect until 9 p.m. that night.
