Jefferson students in Ottawa parade their Halloween costumes

Classrooms hosted their own parties after the parade

Jefferson Elementary, along with other Ottawa elementary schools, hosted a Halloween parade Monday for students to show off their costumes.

Parents were invited to the parade, then students had their own classroom parties following the parade.
