Grundy County releases indictments

14 individuals charged with felonies

MORRIS – Several individuals were indicted recently by a Grundy County grand jury. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proved guilty.

Louis Barnes, 46, of Chicago was indicted for the unlawful possession of heroin and fentanyl, both Class 4 felonies.

Cecillo Barraza, 24, of Aurora was indicted for driving while license revoked, a Class 4 felony.

John Brummett, 23, of Dwight was indicted on two counts of aggravated fleeing and eluding police, both Class 4 felonies.

Greg Byerley, 54, of Minooka was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a Class 4 felony.

Mark Bulanda, 62, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine and fentanyl, both Class 4 felonies.

Jazmin Casey-Wiggins, 24, of Marseilles was indicted on two counts of aggravated DUI and driving while license revoked, all Class 4 felonies.

David Drake, 30, of Aurora was indicted for driving while license revoked, a Class 4 felony.

Katie Glisson, 33, of Braidwood was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine and fentanyl, both Class 4 felonies.

Kevin Gregory, 40, of South Wilmington was indicted for the unlawful possession of fentanyl, a Class 4 felony.

William Handford, 57, of Morris was indicted for failing to register as a sex offender, a Class 3 felony.

Jack Knopp, 37, of Morris was indicted on two counts of aggravated domestic battery, both Class 2 felonies, and two counts of aggravated battery, both Class 3 felonies.

Kimberlee Morison, 37, of Montgomery was indicted for bringing meth into a penal institution, a Class 1 felony, and for the unlawful possession of meth, a Class 3 felony.

Mark Ramsey, 56, of Custer Park was indicted for the unlawful possession of meth, a Class 3 felony, and unlawful possession of heroin, a Class 4 felony.

Joshua Self, 40, of Joliet was indicted for driving while license revoked, a Class 4 felony.
