Voluntary Action Center of Northern Illinois will host the 12th annual Meals for Moms event on Friday, May 7. It will again be a drive-thru event.
In 2020, VAC was challenged to recreate this family favorite event and was heartened by the sponsors and supporters who helped make the event a success.
Tickets for the drive-thru dinner are on sale online, as well as flower basket raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets, too.
It is well known that Meals for Moms supports the Meals on Wheels program as one of VAC’s most important fundraisers of the year. Without the generosity of the business community and individuals throughout the community, the organization could not accomplish its goal to provide for those individuals in greatest need.
Sponsors are needed at all levels. Sponsorship levels include:
• $1,000 Golden Apron Sponsor, with recognition in VAC Meals For Moms press releases, recognition on the VAC website, social media and newsletters.
• $500 Silver Spoon Sponsor, with recognition on the VAC website, social media and newsletters.
• $250 Mom Sponsor, with recognition on VAC social media and newsletters.
• $100 Dad Sponsor, with recognition on VAC social media.
