GRAYSLAKE – Ed says, “I am overcome with so many feelings. I was brought in as a stray with an injured ear. I was scared at first and everyone made sure that I had a big bed where I could hide, take a nap and forget everything that had happened to me before my arrival here.
“Now, I’m a different cat. I purr and give gentle headbutts when I am getting loved. So many happy emotions that are letting me know that I have landed in the best place and that I do have a chance at a bright future.”
Ed is about 3 years old, neutered, up to date on shots, tested negative for feline leukemia and heartworm and microchipped.
While walk-ins are welcome, adoptions are by appointments only to ensure staff members are available to help adopters.
