Plano police cited Jason E. Hartley, 45, of the 100 block of West Third Street, Sandwich, on charges of no valid license and speeding after conducting a traffic stop at 4:28 a.m. March 4 in the area of Route 34 and Eldamain Road. Hartley was released at the scene with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.
DUI
Plano police arrested Jennifer L. Werner, 42, of the 500 block of Carolyn Lane, Somonauk, on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after conducting a traffic stop 1:41 a.m. March 5 in the area of South and Lew streets. Werner also was cited for improper lane use. Werner was taken into custody and later released after posting bond, with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.
DUI
Plano police arrested Michael S. Sewell, 37, of the 600 block of Fowler Street, Millington, on charges of felony driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to reduce speed and driving without insurance after responding to a single-vehicle accident at 11:15 p.m. March 5 in the 1200 block of Little Rock Road. Sewell was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville to await bond.

Plano police arrested Kimberly Williams, 51, of the 100 block of Terrace Court, Somonauk, on charges of driving under the influence and driving without insurance after responding to a report of an accident at 7 p.m. March 6 in the 6800 block of West Route 34. Williams was taken into custody and later released after posting bond.
Aggravated speeding
Plano police cited Alejandro Gomez, 25, of the 900 block of Bluegrass Lane, Plano, for aggravated speeding after conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle reportedly traveling 78 mph in a 45 mph zone at 3:39 a.m. March 8 in the area of Eldamain and Corneils roads. Gomez was released with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.
