Oswego Township man arrested on aggravated domestic battery charge

Kendall County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John S. Jones, 38, of the 2400 block of Light Road, Oswego Township, while responding to a report of a domestic battery at 2 a.m. July 5 in the 1300 block of Light Road.

In a press statement, the sheriff’s office said Jones was arrested on a charge of aggravated domestic battery and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.

The sheriff’s office did not report any injuries in the incident.
