Oswego police investigate report of a battery on Colchester Drive

Oswego police investigated a report of a battery at 5:03 p.m. May 12 on Colchester Drive.

In a statement, police said the victim in the incident, a 42 year-old man, was not injured.

The suspect was described by police as a male white, about five feet tall and weighing 240 pounds.
