The Sandwich VFW Post 1486 is sponsoring its annual pig roast from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, at the Sandwich VFW, 713 S. Main St.

Cost of the dine in or drive-thru dinner is $13, which includes pork, potato salad, baked beans, dinner roll and dessert. Proceeds will benefit area veterans programs.
