• James E. Natalizio, 29, of the 300 block of Main Street, DeKalb, was arrested Jan. 11 on a DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court. According to DeKalb County court records, Natalizio failed to appear in court Dec. 20 on a felony charge of theft by deception.

• Four tires were reported slashed Jan. 10 at Superior Health Linens, 1160 Pierson Drive, Suite 104, Batavia, causing $330 to $340 estimated to replace them.
