A shop that offers authentic Korean specialty desserts and tea recently held a grand opening in Batavia.

The Batavia Chamber of Commerce hosted a grand opening of ASEL Asian Treats and Tea, 817 N. Randall Road on April 16.

Chamber ambassadors, board members, ASEL Asian Treats and Tea co-owners Eric and Sani Cha, ASEL Asian Treats and Tea employees, chamber president and CEO Margaret Perreaul, chamber special events coordinator Patti Anselme and chamber communications and membership coordinator Shirley Mott were in attendance, according to the Chamber.
