Peters honors fellow Naval Academy grad at U.S. Capitol

Midshipman Sarah Peters of La Salle sang at a memorial service for former President Jimmy Carter on Tuesday in the U.S. Capitol rotunda.

Peters, an alto who sang as a student at La Salle-Peru High School, is a second-year student at the U.S. Naval Academy, where Carter graduated, and a member of the USNA Glee Club.
