New Year’s Day baby born to Streator parents

Miriam said hello to the world Wednesday.

She was the first baby born in 2025 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.

Miriam was born Jan. 1 to parents Tamyra Byrne and Jarred Clark of Streator.

The newborn weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 19½ inches long.
