GILMAN -- A memorial service for Shirley Stevenson Ryan, 99, of Gilman, will be held at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Redenius Funeral Home, Gilman, is in charge of arrangements.

She died Tuesday (Aug. 20, 2002) at her home.

Mrs. Ryan was an antique dealer.

She was born Oct. 19, 1902, in Fort Deposit, Md., the daughter of W.C. and Lena Stevenson.

Her husband, Henry C. Ryan, whom she married in 1950, is deceased.

Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Judy and William Righter.

Her sisters are deceased.

She was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

Mrs. Ryan was a member of the United Methodist Church of Gilman.
