SYCAMORE - A dozen Sycamore merchants will welcome spring with their annual Spring Fling from Thursday to Saturday.
According to a news release, customers older than 18 have the chance to enter the Golden Egg door prize. Gifts from all of the participating merchants will be offered by registering once per day per business.
During Spring Fling, businesses will offer special activities and events for customers and their children. Businesses that will be a part of Spring Fling include:
• The Sycamore Theatre, which will be offering will be offering matinees as well as evening showtimes all week.
• Luxe Salon, which is sponsoring a “Guess the Number of Bobby Pins” contest and free gift with every purchase.
• Rustic Roots, which will be having a coloring contest.
• Blumen Gardens, which will be offering $5 off a $25 purchase, including new spring items.
• Made Just for You, which has a free spring “Make It Take It” for children and spin the wheel with any purchase.
• Lizzy’s Pink Boutique, which is offering a children’s Easter craft for the first 22 children of customers making a purchase, along with refreshments and specials.
• Christian Connection, which will be hosting author Amy Skala Tischmann, who will read and sign copies of her children’s book, “How Far is Heaven?”
• KVAL Gallery on State, which will have new spring art and unique gifts and will be offering classes and will have an artist at work.
• Sycamore Antiques, which will be unveiling its new added space of quality antiques Friday and Saturday.
• Allergies, Aches, and Pains Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center, which will be open Thursday with Spring Fling specials.
• Shop In Style, which will be having sales.
• The Village Restaurant, which will be providing Greek food, including baklava.
