Adults and teenagers can learn how to sew a pin cushion or paper weight at a program at the DeKalb Public Library.

The free program will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. May 3 in the library’s 309 Creative makerspace, 309 Oak St.

Sewing machines and materials will be provided. Participants also can bring their sewing machines. Due to limited space, the program is first-come, first-served.
