Children ages four to 13 can celebrate the winter solstice during a program at the DeKalb Public Library.

The free program begins at 2 p.m. Dec. 20 in the library’s Story and Activity Room, 309 Oak St.

The program features crafts, activities, and storytelling. Because of limited supplies and space, the program is first-come, first-served.
