Princeton Summer Band to hold a free public concert on July 17

Princeton's Community Band performed Sunday at Soldiers and Sailors Park in Princeton.

Princeton's Community Band performed Sunday at Soldiers and Sailors Park in Princeton.

The Princeton Area Summer Band will be present a free public concert in Soldiers and Sailors Park at 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 17.

The band is made up of middle school students from area schools and is under the direction of Steven and Megan Olson.

The band will present a variety of music for young band, including music from Journey and The Greatest Showman. The Princeton Lions’ Club will also be selling food and drink.
