Princeton Knights of Columbus donates $4,000 to Gateway Services

Funds raised through Tootsie Roll sales

Jeff Peacock, grand knight of the Father Edward Farrell Knights of Columbus Council 5591 in Princeton, presented checks totaling $4,000 to Tracy Wright, CEO of Gateway Services.

“Thank you to all Knights of Columbus volunteers and the local community for supporting Gateway Services and the Knights of Columbus,” said Peacock, who was also the Tootsie Roll campaign coordinator.

Wright said the money will go toward activities and recreational interests for individuals.

“We are so appreciative of the efforts of this group of men,” Wright said. “Year after year, they dedicate hours of their time to support people with intellectual disabilities through their Tootsie Roll sales. We applaud their efforts and thank them for truly making a difference.”
