‘Sleigh for Jay’ raffle drawing is March 12

PRINCETON — A group of Princeton-area residents have come together to sponsor a sleigh raffle that will benefit Jay Schneider and his family.

Schneider, owner of the Apollo Theater in Princeton, was involved in a sledding accident in January and has been on the road to recovery ever since.

The raffle drawing is for a handcrafted wooden sled built by Dave Olsen of Princeton. The drawing will be held at 6 p.m. March 12. Tickets are $5 each or five tickets for $20.

Tickets can be purchased at the Apollo Theater from 4 to 6 p.m. on March 5 and March 12; and from 4 to 7 p.m. March 9.
