There will be new coaches on the sidelines for the Bureau Valley and Princeton high schools girls basketball teams next season.

Matt Wasilewski (BV) and Darcy Kepner (PHS) were approved for hire at this week’s board meetings.

Wasilewski, 48, has been sophomore coach in the Storm program for three years. He is also an assistant football coach. Wasielski was previously head football coach at Gilman Iroquois West.

Kepner is a 2016 Bureau Valley graduate and 2020 graduate of Monmouth College. She was an assistant coach at Midland High School last year and served as volunteer coach at PHS in 2019-20 when she did her student teaching.
