Three Bears players were named second-team Associated Press All-Pro.
Outside linebacker Robert Quinn, inside linebacker Roquan Smith and punt returner Jakeem Grant all received votes from the 50-person All-Pro voting panel.
Quinn finished third among edge rushers behind Pittsburgh’s T.J. Watt and Cleveland’s Myles Garrett. Quinn finished second in the NFL in sacks with 18.5, behind only Watt’s 22.5 sacks. Quinn set a Bears single-season sack record.
Smith finished tied for fourth in voting at the linebacker position. He was behind Dallas’ Micah Parsons, Indianapolis’ Darius Leonard and Green Bay’s De’Vondre Campbell.
Smith finished fifth in the NFL with 163 combined tackles. His 95 solo tackles were sixth in the NFL. He totaled three sacks, three passes defended and had an interception return for a touchdown.
Grant finished second in voting at punt returner. Baltimore’s Devin Duvernay finished first. Grant averaged 13.9 yards a punt return since joining the Bears midway through the season. His 97-yard punt return touchdown against Green Bay in December was the longest in team history.
