Police reports

Jessica L. Yacko, 36, and Kyle W. Kearfott, 36, both of 635 Sylvan Ave., Grand Ridge were charged Thursday with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team said in a release issued Friday. The charge is a Class 4 felony carrying 1-3 years in prison.

A 14-year-old La Salle female was charged at 12:05 p.m. Friday with no valid driver’s license after police investigated a minor accident in the 700 block of Chartres Street, according to La Salle police.

Jacquie L. Katkus, 48, of 2830 Fourth St., Lot 36 was charged at 3:59 p.m. Friday with a city ordinance violation (disorderly conduct) following an investigation at her residence, according to Peru police.
