There soon will be another temporary COVID-19 testing site in DeKalb County next week.

Free drive-thru COVID-19 testing will be offered 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at the Sandwich Fairgrounds, according to a Friday social media post from the DeKalb County Health Department.

The test is performed with a nasal swab, and results will be given by the Illinois Department of Public Health by phone within four to seven days.

Participants should enter from West Center Street, according to local health officials.
