Justin L. Douglas Douglas, 29, is wanted on child pornography charges for recording a video of a girl younger than 13 sometime between February and May 2012, court records show. A warrant for his arrest lists Douglas’ address as in the 100 block of Lithia Avenue in Webster Groves, Missouri, although the sheriff’s office reported he was last living somewhere in Illinois. The bond on his warrant, issued July 18, 2013, is $1 million, as well. Douglas was never arrested and authorities have no photo available of him.
