Concrete to be poured on near-finished Utica bridge

Driven across the Illinois River in Utica lately? Then you've probably noticed construction has been ramping up on the new Route 178 bridge. Workers with D Construction have half of the decking in place on top of the bridge and will pour concrete. (Scott Anderson)
