Nancy Mullen, executive director of Youth Outlook, an organization that provides support for LGBTQ youth, speaks about the importance of the business community to be welcoming to gay youth who will be seeking summer jobs. Mullen spoke at an introductory seminar June 6 at Water Street Studios in Batavia about creating a safe place for the LGBTQ+ community in the work place. Mullen also spoke about rainbow stickers for businesses to advertise they are welcoming and safe to the gay community. (Brenda Schory)
