Grundy County grand jury indictments released

MORRIS — The Grundy County State’s Attorney’s Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Shane Balson, 28, of Morristown, Tennessee, was indicted for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony.

Rashonda Billops, 29, of Springfield, was indicted for the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class 4 felony.

Brian Callahan, 36, of New Hyde Park, New York, was indicted for the unlawful possession of more than 2,000 grams but less than 5,000 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver, a class 1 felony; and for the unlawful possession of more than 2,000 but less than 5,000 grams of cannabis, a class 2 felony.

Damien Chavez, 21, of Chicago, was indicted in two counts for retail theft, both class 2 felonies.

Elisabeth Connor, 52, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful possession of hydrocodone, a class 4 felony.

Keith Corwin, 35, of Morris, was indicted in three counts for aggravated battery to a police officer, all class 2 felonies.

Victor Flores, 25, of Minooka, was indicted for the unlawful possession of tramadol, a class 4 felony.

Kristina Frank, 29, of Minooka, was indicted for the unlawful possession of lorazepam, a class 4 felony.

Salvador Gutierrez, 21, of Braidwood, was indicted in three counts for aggravated driving while under the influence, all class 2 felonies; and for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony. Dustin Hendrickson, 39, of Malta, was indicted for the failure to register as a sex offender, a class 3 felony.

Keyron Hoffman, 43, of Reading, Pennsylvania, was indicted for the unlawful possession of more than 5,000 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver, a class X felony; and for the unlawful possession of more than 5,000 grams of cannabis, a class 1 felony.

Erick Johnson, 49, of Joliet, was indicted in two counts for burglary, both class 2 felonies.

Christian Kaebel-Jones, 18, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful possession of a stolen firearm, a class 2 felony; and for burglary, a class 3 felony.

Max Keorkunian, 18, of Minooka, was indicted for the unlawful possession of more than 30 but less than 500 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver, a class 3 felony; unlawful possession of more than 100 but less than 500 grams of cannabis, a class 4 felony; and unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony.

Daniel Linam, Jr., 29, of Lake City, Florida, was indicted for the unlawful possession of phentermine, a class 4 felony.

Terry McMillan, 47, of Morris, was indicted for the unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a class 3 felony; and for the unlawful possession of cocaine and fentanyl, both class 4 felonies.

Montrez Mitchell, 32, of East Saint Louis, was indicted on the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class 4 felony.

Chad Raynor, 31, of Morris, was indicted for failure to register as a sex offender, a class 3 felony.

Ronnie Rogers, 48, of Chicago, was indicted in two counts for aggravated driving while under the influence, both class 4 felonies.

Dallas Runyan, 22, of New Lenox, was indicted for the unlawful possession of 15 or more segregated parts of LSD, a class 1 felony.

Randall Scalf, 66, of Newark, was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony.

Felicia Smith, 30, of Joliet, was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony.

Noah Smukler, 23, of Skokie, was indicted on two counts of traveling to meet a child, both class 3 felonies.

Marissa Ulivi, 29, of Coal City, was indicted for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and identity theft, both class 3 felonies; unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony; and in two counts for obstructing justice, both class 4 felonies.
