Sauk Valley has 25 new COVID-19 cases

The Whiteside County Health Department on Tuesday announced two new cases of COVID-19, people in their 60s and 70s, but also announced 10 recoveries.

The Lee County Unified Executive Leadership Team announced three new cases on Tuesday; two people in their 40s and one in their 20s.

Carroll County had six new cases: two teenagers, two people in their 30s and the others in their 60s and 70s.

Ogle County had four new cases on Tuesday, to go with an additional 10 cases since last reporting stats on Thursday.

Whiteside County has had 370 cases and 17 deaths. Lee County has had 177 cases, 136 recoveries and one death. Ogle County has had 429 total cases and five deaths. Carroll County has had 72 cases and four deaths.

Illinois announced 1,549 new cases on Tuesday and 20 COVID-related deaths. The state has had 196,948 total cases and 7,657 deaths.

Sterling has had 1,728 people tested and 141 cases. Rock Falls has had 1,028 tested and 71 cases. Dixon has had 3,187 tests and 148 cases. Rochelle has had 2,251 tests and 202 cases.
