Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 11:52 p.m. on July 6 in the 0 to 99 block of Springdale Road in Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery. During the investigation, Christine M. Paulinski, 36, of the same block, was arrested and charged with domestic battery and transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident.

Aggravated domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 10:12 p.m. July 6 in the 300 block of Country Lane in Bristol Township for a report of domestic battery. During the investigation, John M. Gianatasio Jr., 34, of the same block, was arrested without incident and transported to the Kendall County Jail. Gianatasio was charged with aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery.

ID theft

Sheriff’s deputies received a report for identity theft at 11:16 a.m. July 6. Police said the incident occurred in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in Yorkville. The investigation continues.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 10:34 a.m. July 6 in the 100 block of Long Beach Road in Boulder Hill for a report of damaged property. The investigation continues.

Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at about 3:03 a.m. July 5 in the 0-100 block of Anchor Drive in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. After investigation, Joanne Alvarez, 27, of the 0-100 block of Anchor Drive, Oswego Township, was arrested for domestic battery. Alvarez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

Battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 9:12 p.m. July 4 in the 100 block of Highview Road in Kendall Township for a report of a fight with no weapons. Upon deputies arriving on scene, it was learned that a battery had occurred. The investigation continues.

Battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 6:23 p.m. July 4 in the 7000 block of Route 34 in Bristol Township for a report of a battery. The investigation continues.

Speeding

Sheriff’s deputies performed a traffic stop at about 7:13 p.m. July 3 on a female juvenile for speeding near the intersection of Walker Road and Route 47 in Kendall Township. The female was cited for driving 90 mph in a 55 mph zone and released on a personal recognizance with a court appearance.

ID theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at about 2:55 a.m. July 3 in the 0-99 block of Crescent Court in Oswego Township for a report of identity theft. The incident remains under investigation.

Disorderly conduct

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 12:36 a.m. July 3 in the 0-99 block of Pickford Road in Boulder Hill for a report of a disturbance. Charles Janisch, 61, of the 0-99 block of Pickford Road, Boulder Hill, was charged with disorderly conduct and released on scene with a personal recognizance bond.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 12:03 a.m. July 3 in the 1200 block of Route 126 in Na Au Say Township for a report of a criminal damage to property. The investigation continues.

Theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call at 6:17 p.m. July 2 in the 2700 block of Cannonball Trail in Bristol Township for a reported theft. The investigation continues.

Traffic crash with injuries

Sheriff’s deputies to a call at about 10:12 a.m. July 2 at Route 31 and Caterpillar Drive in Oswego Township for a crash with injuries. Gerald Rolfe was cited for improper backing after he backed his semi-truck into another vehicle. Police did not provide the age and residence block for Rolfe.

Battery

Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at about 10:56 p.m. July 1 in the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road in Bristol Township for a report of a battery. The incident is under investigation.

Criminal damage to property

Sheriff's deputies are investigating a criminal damage to property report that occurred in the 0-99 block of Sierra Road in Boulder Hill. The victim told police the window on her vehicle had been damaged between June 30 and July 1. The investigation continues.
