The State of Illinois is expected to enter the next phase of Gov. JB Pritzker's Restore Illinois COVID-19 reopening plan this Friday, May 29.

Under Phase 3 of the plan, restaurants and bars can offer outdoor dining to their patrons while following social distancing and health guidelines.
