Letter: Thank you for wearing masks, essential workers

To the Editor:

I want to give a heartfelt thank you and appreciation to all the workers who have to wear masks to protect themselves and the public while they do their jobs of helping, serving, taking care of, protecting and everything else under the sun.

If you have worn a mask, if only for a few minutes, you know how uncomfortable, how eye glass fogging, tight, hard to breath they can be. These wonderful people wear them all day long as long as they are on the job.

My family is so grateful every minute of every day you are all here for us. I hope all of you can go home, take those masks off, relax and destress from the day and, most of all, breath. Please say thank you when you see these wonderful people. Thank you again!
