Seneca High School teachers and staff selected December Students of the Month:

Student of the Month: Natalya Hatfield

Natalya lives with her grandparents, Doug and Judy Wilhelmi, in Mazon. In the fall she will attend Bradley University and plans on majoring in high school english education while minoring in journalism. She is active in Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Conservation In Action, Drama Club, Art Club and Student Ambassadors. In addition, she is a member of National Honor Society.

Role Model: Isabella Widman

Isabella is the daughter of John and Kellee Widman, of Ransom. Her post-high school plans are undecided. Isabella is active in FCCLA, Youth Philanthropy and track.

Most Improved: Kloey Lind

Kloey is the daughter of Tabitha Conroy and Joe Lind, of Mazon. She plans to attend Joliet Junior College and then go on to a university. She is active in basketball and volleyball.

Rookie: Brady Barla

Brady is the son of Robert and Tammy Barla, of Seneca. Brady plans to attend college and take classes that will help him advance in computer technology. He is active in Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Math Team, football and baseball.
