• DeWitt James Kemper, 22, of the 600 block of River Haven Drive, East Dundee, was charged at 9:43 p.m. Nov. 15 with retail theft.

• Marissa Stephanie Frame, 19, of the 1100 block of Winnebago Trail, Batavia, was charged at 4:47 p.m. Nov. 17 with retail theft.

DUI

• Lawrence F. Green, 29, of the 400 block of Hamilton Road, St. Charles, was charged at 4:05 a.m. Jan. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

• Andrew Anthony Gorski, 40, of the 300 block of White Pines Lane, Oswego, was charged at 7:40 p.m. Nov. 20 with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

• Elizabeth Ann Gilbert, 38, of the 600 block of Walnut Avenue, Maple Park, was charged at 11:46 p.m. Nov. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions.

Disorderly conduct

Ryan Jacob Witkus, 21, homeless, was charged at 11:06 a.m. Nov. 19 with disorderly conduct.

Possession of a stolen vehicle

Blake R. Stoffel, 21, of the 300 block of Capitol Drive, Sugar Grove, was charged at 10:24 a.m. Nov. 15 with unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property and burglary.

Violating order of protection

Charles Thomas Kunstman, 35, of the 2000 block of Country Drive, Plano, was charged at 4:36 a.m. Nov. 16 with violation of an order of protection.

Aggravated assault

Frederick Jerry Murphy, 61, of the 1400 block of East Main Street, St. Charles, was charged at 9:25 p.m. Nov. 1 with aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon.

Battery

Matthew James Loberg, 22, of the 100 block of Planters Row, Geneva, was charged at 9:24 a.m. Nov. 16 with battery.

Drug paraphernalia possession

Brett William Weber, 50, of the 3800 block of Chesapeake Road, St. Charles, was charged at 9:07 p.m. Nov. 13 with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and obstructing identification.
