Kaneland High School to present 'Twelve Angry Jurors'

Fall play is based on 1957 film

MAPLE PARK – The Kaneland High School Theatre department will present its 2019 fall play: "Twelve Angry Jurors" Nov. 1-3 at the high school, 47W326 Keslinger Road, Maple Park.

According to a news release from the school, the play is based on the 1957 film, which centers around the deliberation of 12 jurors in a capital murder case. While the verdict appears open and shut, all twelve individuals must agree and that is proving hard to do, the release stated.

Performances are at 7 p.m. Nov. 1 and 2, and at 2 p.m. Nov. 3. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors and children, and KHS students with their school ID get in for free.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or at https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?ticketing=khstd. This show is recommended for elementary school aged children and up.
