DIXON – On Friday, September 27th, 2019, Trina Ann Sofolo, loving mother and grandmother, passed away surrounded by family.
Trina was born on September 9, 1963, to parents Stanley Sr. and Patricia (Dresden) Sofolo in Dixon. She graduated from Polo Community High School in 1981. Throughout her life she enjoyed working with the public and taking care of those in assisted living. Before retiring she worked at PNC in Polo.
Trina is survived by her siblings, Shelly (Dave) Frye of Dixon, Stanley (Barb) Sofolo Jr. of Polo, and Stanette (Rockie) Penaflor of Sterling; her children, Teesha Keen, Samantha (Jamie) Harris, and Shane (Raquel) Fichtenmueller of Dixon.
Trina has six grandchildren that were her pride and joy, Ayden Keen, Lauren and Cooper Harris, and Bailey, Korie and Carson Fichtenmueller of Dixon.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Trina spent her life passing her love of the Lord into family and friends, especially her children and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on October 5th, 2019, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lost Lake Community Church on Flagg Road.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
