Elijah Argue, 18, of the 100 block of East Grand Avenue, Bensenville, was charged at 12:56 p.m. Dec. 23 with domestic battery, criminal damage to vehicle and criminal damage to property in the 900 block of North York Street.
Burglary
Hand tools reportedly were stolen between 8 p.m. Dec. 18 and 8 a.m. Dec. 19 from a truck in the parking lot at Extended Stay America, 550 W. Grand Ave. The side cabinet of the truck reportedly had been broken into.
DUI
• Maria Calderon-Hernandez, 47, of the 200 block of South Maplewood Avenue, Northlake, was charged at 1:36 a.m. Dec. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use and no valid driver's license at North and Addison avenues.
• Syed Akhter, 35, of the 300 block of South Westmore-Meyers Road, Lombard, was charged at 1:47 a.m. Dec. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and improper lane use at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.
• Frank Reaber, 54, of the 1400 block of Indian Hill Drive, Bensenville, was charged at 7:17 p.m. Dec. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use at York Street and Interstate 290.
• Emerson Rodriguez, 38, of the 2400 block of Gunderson Avenue, Berwyn, was charged at 1:19 a.m. Dec. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on an unsafe tire at St. Charles Road and Interstate 290.
• Eduardo Anaya, 26, of the 2000 block of Berkshire Circle, Carpentersville, was charged at 12:50 a.m. Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle at North and West avenues.
• Henry C. Jahelka, 25, of the 200 block of Hampshire Lane, Burr Ridge, was charged at 7:01 a.m. Dec. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper parking in roadway at First Street and Addison Avenue.
• Nicole D. Singh, 37, of the 300 block of Terry Lane, Bloomingdale, was charged at 10:31 a.m. Dec. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at Route 83 and North Avenue.
• Oscar Diaz, 51, of the 2200 block of West 19th Street, Chicago, was charged at 2:04 a.m. Dec. 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol, no valid driver's license, improper stopping on the roadway and illegal transportation of open alcohol at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.
Theft
• An unlocked vehicle reportedly was stolen between 11:05 and 11:06 a.m. Dec. 17 while it was parked in front of Chicago Metropolitan Fire Prevention, 820 N. Addison Ave. A pistol and a wallet containing a retired police badge and several identification cards reportedly were in the vehicle when it was stolen.
